About All India Marwari Yuva Manch
All India Marwari yuva manch is a non-profit voluntary youth organization founded on 10th October 1977 at Guwahati in the state of Assam. It is one of the largest marwari community organisation in the world. Its primary goal is to support young marwari people in contributing to their community, society(independent of cast and culture) and country by large. AIMYM Membership is open to men and women between the ages of 18 and 40, who must have adopted the lifestyle, language and culture of Rajasthan, Haryana, Malwa in Madhya Pradesh or nearby regions.
It is a registered NGO with Income Tax exemptions under Sections 80G and 35AC, and has more than 850 national branches across India along with 8 international branches, enabling widespread outreach and effective implementation of organ and body donation awareness initiatives at both national and global levels.
The Organ Donation and Body Donation Awareness Program was declared the eighth national program of the Manch in 2019. The initiative focuses on educating society about the legal, ethical, and humanitarian aspects of organ and body donation, encouraging voluntary pledges, and strengthening India’s organ donation ecosystem.
This noble initiative also received strong support from the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, who highlighted the importance of organ and body donation in his popular radio address “Mann Ki Baat”, inspiring citizens across the country to come forward for this humanitarian cause.
The program aims to spread awareness about organ and body donation, encouraging people to make a selfless decision that can save lives and contribute to medical education and research, thereby creating a lasting impact on society.
